Drug Cases


Possession of a controlled substance, such as marijuana, or other misdemeanor possession cases may result in incarceration, a fine, an automatic license suspension, probation, and a suspended jail sentence.  Felony Possession cases can carry a potential prison term of 10 years.  Felony Distribution of hard drugs, such as cocaine, may result in a prison sentence of forty years.  A second offense may result in life imprisonment. 

Brendan Dunning has extensive criminal trial experience, having served as a criminal prosecutor for seven years.  He worked as a Juvenile Prosecutor, Firearms Crimes Prosecutor, Regional Drug Prosecutor  and a Special Assistant United States Attorney concentrating in drug and gun cases.
